All money raised goes toward the mental health charity 'Brothers and Books', whose programs support our Australian Defence Force soldiers, Veterans and emergency services.

Book III

Friday 20th Sep
The title said it all - sunken treasure, adventure, mystery and more on the high seas! This is a great read about a modern - and Australian - adventurer. Mike Hatcher roamed the seas in search of sunken wrecks from the long ago days of the sailing ship trade.

An excellent, easy-to-read book. A real page turner, this is as close to 'sailing into adventure' as you can get.

So, do yourself a favour: get it, read it, you'll love it - I did!

Thanks Robdogs for the recommendation! The book will soon be on it's way back to you!

Book II

Monday 16th Sep
Fission # 3 is an anthology - a collection of over 20 sci-fi type stories. I enjoyed all of them - some were funny, many thought provoking and there were many themes presented. Some of the stories I especially enjoyed were by Tony Jones, Melissa Ferguson, Peter CarterCarol Ryles and Ron Hardwick.

The Key Force is indeed with reading

Bruce's Readathon Progress

Tuesday 10th Sep
This is the first book I've read for this readathon - and I think the first book I've ever read for a readathon!

It's by a West Australian author, Carol Ryles whose genre is 'steampunk'. Come to think of it, this is the first 'steampunk' book I've read!
